Position Overview
We are seeking a Survey Researcher to join our team and support research initiatives related to aging, retirement, long-term care, Medicare-related services, and insurance product development.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, conducting, and analyzing surveys that help the company better understand market needs, customer behavior, senior living preferences, retirement readiness, and insurance service demands.
This role is suitable for candidates with a background in survey research, public health, healthcare data, actuarial science, statistics, sociology, economics, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities
The Survey Researcher will be responsible for:
Designing and conducting surveys related to retirement planning, aging populations, long-term care needs, senior living preferences, and insurance service demand.
Collecting, organizing, and analyzing survey data, demographic data, healthcare-related data, and insurance market information.
Preparing research reports, data summaries, internal presentations, and market insight documents for management and product teams.
Supporting Insurance product design, pricing research, customer segmentation, and market positioning strategies.
Collaborating with actuarial, product, compliance, operations, and business development teams to ensure research findings are accurate and practical.

Maintaining data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable regulatory and internal policy requirements.
Identifying trends in aging, healthcare, retirement, and insurance markets to support the company’s long-term business strategy.

Preferred Qualifications
Qualified candidates should ideally have:
A master’s degree or above in Survey Research, Statistics, Public Health, Actuarial Science, Sociology, Economics, Data Analytics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Experience in survey design, questionnaire development, data collection, or market research.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Familiarity with statistical tools or data analysis software such as R, SPSS, Python, Excel, or similar platforms.
Interest or experience in aging, retirement planning, long-term care, Medicare-related services, insurance, or healthcare research.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prepare clear research summaries, charts, reports, and presentations.
High attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive data responsibly.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with healthcare, insurance, senior services, public policy, or demographic research is preferred.
Knowledge of retirement insurance, long-term care insurance, Medicare-related products, or aging population trends is a plus.
Ability to translate research findings into business recommendations is highly valued.
Bilingual ability in English and Chinese is a plus, but not required.
